RESERVATION
A reservation is considered firm, both in written and oral form. Only the confirmation of the hut prevails. The general terms and conditions come into force with each reservation.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations or changes in the number of participants must be announced at the latest the day before before before noon BY PHONE.
For groups, the deadline is 48 hours before the planned day of arrival.
NO-SHOW
Changes or renunciations of reserved, unannounced or too late advertised places will be charged in full.
FREE OF CHARGE
Free admission for guides, aspiring guides and mountain leaders is only granted on presentation of a valid IUAGM legitimation.
PAYMENT
Prices are in Swiss francs CHF, including VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices.
The hut can ask for a deposit.
Payments are made on the spot in cash.
Payment by invoice is possible on presentation of an identity document and payable within 30 days, with a surcharge of 10.-CHF per invoice issued. After the payment deadline, a reminder fee of 5% of the invoice amount will be applied from the first month of delay, then 5% extra per month of delay.
EXCLUSION OF RESPONSIBILITY
All written or oral information (conditions for the race, avalanche situation, route information, weather...) is given by the hut with the greatest care and as close as possible to our conscience. However, the persons in charge of the hut cannot guarantee this information. All decisions concerning the race, the itinerary...are the responsibility of the hiker. Any civil liability on the part of the hut managers for damages of any kind that may result from the use of this information and advice by the client is excluded.
STAY AT THE HUT
Food allergies must be specified at the time of booking.
Picnics are at 15.-. You can order them when booking or on arrival before 5pm at the latest. We can adapt them to your food allergies.
Please arrive at the hut before 5.30 pm.
Dinner is served at 6.30 pm and breakfast at 7 am.
The sleeping bag is mandatory. You can buy some at the hut at 9.-/each one.
A hot shower is available for a fee at 10.-CHF, depending on the water supply. Tokens are available at the counter. This is a timed shower. Please bring your own laundry and toiletries.
Walking tea for half board is 4.-CHF/litre.
Electricity is available from 7pm to 9pm, please make sure to recharge your appliances at that time. There is no electricity available in the morning.
Payment is made in cash on the spot, the same day.
Dogs are not allowed.
We are on the territory of the Val d'Hérens, the Pass Anniviers is not valid.
NIGHTS
The nights are fully paid to the owners of the hut, the Société de la cabane des Becs de Bosson.
NIGHTS WITHOUT HALF BOARD (AVAILABLE ON WEEKDAYS ONLY)
You can use your stove outside the cabin and bring your own utensils. You can eat in the dining hall if space permits. We do not provide the kitchen, do not lend equipment and do not provide water for cooking or washing up.
Dinner is at 30.-CHF
Breakfast is at 13.-CHF
WINTER ROOM
There is no winter room. The hut is only accessible in the presence of the keepers.
